Don't Tell Me What Strong Looks Like
Let's face it. We all have our preconceived notions of what "strong" looks like. Defined muscles rippling under taut skin, right? Because athletes are fit and fit = slim. But we only think that because that's what we see in the media and it's actually just total bullshit. Fit doesn't have a defined look.
Kelly Roberts has a marathon PR time of 3 hours and 41 minutes, and she quit being self-deprecating about the fact that her body didn't look like the models she saw on running magazine covers.
